REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Raipur Cab Service, we aim to provide smooth and transparent cab booking experiences.
In case of any cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

Full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
50% refund if cancellation is made within 12 hours of scheduled pickup.
No refund for cancellations made within 6 hours of the trip or after the cab has been dispatched.
In case of driver no-show or system failure, a 100% refund will be provided within 3–5 working days.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 3–7 business days.

All fares are subject to change based on distance, time, and cab type selected.
Waiting charges or tolls, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer directly to the driver.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct or safety concerns.
Raipur Cab Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details during booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment of applicable advance charges.

Any disputes are subject to Raipur jurisdiction only.
